We guarantee that the product is handmade. We will send the finished product to you before it reaches you.
If the requested product is not good or there is any error on our part, I can completely return it now.

Handling & Shipping Time

In-stock product processing time is 3-7 business days & Shipping time is 10 to 13 business days. For custom and other products, the processing time is 7 to 10 (depending on the model you want to design) and the shipping time is 10 to 13 business days.

Shipping policy:
All of our products are 100% insured, if the item received is completely damaged or same as shown in the picture.

If the item received is damaged:

If you receive damaged item, don’t worry about it, please provide us full picture inside and outside of the product with courier company tag or picture of the box you received . Please send us your contact phone number. with the address so that our interested team can investigate the damaged shipment.

Return & Exchange: – Exchange

Returns will be accepted within 7-10 days of receipt, if the product you received is wrong or damaged. Return shipping is paid on buyer account.

Additional shipping policy:-

If the Consignee does not respond to the Shipping Authority regarding the Shipment Update or the Receiving Due to Customs Duty or any other reason, the Shipment will be destroyed by the Shipping Company 5 Days After Arrive. And we are not responsible for all of this. No request will be accepted by the Client.
All charges such as Customs Duties or Taxes if applicable will be charged to Buyer’s Account.
